Rate Chain regularly updates it’s online catalogue of suppliers and brokers using Rate Chain.  To view the latest edition of this catalogue please login to members section or contact info@rate-chain.com.

Should I exchange my existing counter management system if I want to use Rate Chain?

There is no need to make any changes to your current counter management software solution, Rate Chain is a stand alone online system which can be used separately or  integrated with your current counter management software if you so desire.

What should I do to start using Rate Chain as supplier?

What should I do to connect with Rate Chain as broker?

If you are a car rental broker and want to connect with Rate Chain as a broker, please have your IT specialist contact support@rate-chain.com to complete the XML connection.

Does Rate Chain collect money on behalf of suppliers?

No, Rate Chain is purely a connection service for brokers and suppliers, Rate Chain is not involved in any part of the contracting or invoicing process.  All Brokers and Suppliers should make sure that they have carried out sufficient credit checks before entering into any contract.

Does Rate Change enforce standard rental and rate conditions for all partners?

No, Rate Chain is purely a connection service for brokers and suppliers, Rate Chain is not involved in any part of the contracting or invoicing process.  All Brokers and Suppliers should ensure that they regularly monitor and review the performance of their contracts and take suitable action to ensure the quality and delivery of their own product.
